How do I create an account for CALAE?

What do I do if the product I have received is faulty?

You could call us on the customer care number provided on the website or you could write to us on support@calae.com. Click here to know more about our return policy. 

How do I estimate the correct size for me?

You can find a link to the "Sizing Information" page at the bottom of any of our pages. Have a look at the measurement charts available for sizes 16-24 and select the size that suits you best! PS: These are standard measurements but are of great help!

What are the payment options available?

You can pay online using credit cards, debit cards, net banking, citrus wallet or you could pay after the product reaches you through Cash on Delivery.

What do the wash care icons printed on the care label mean? 

We've put up a chart with all the wash care icons explained. Depending on the styles, the wash care instructions might change. Click here to know more. 

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email on your registered email address with order tracking details. Click here to get directed to the page. 

Where do you deliver?

We deliver worldwide. 

How long will it take for me to receive my order?

You would typically receive your shipment in 3-5 working days(within India) after placing the order. In special cases, we will keep you posted via email or call! If you have any queries about your shipment, we are a call away!

What if I want to cancel my order?

You could cancel your order until 12 hours of the transaction. Read more in the return and exchange policy.

What is the return period?

The return period is within 7 days of receiving your order. After 7 days, we would not be able to accept any returns.
