Shipping Policy

We are committed to deliver your order accurately, in good condition and always on time. We ensure the fastest and most efficient dispatch to get your orders to you from our warehouse. We ship on all weekdays (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays. We ship within India and internationally.

We understand that you might be eager to receive your order and be assured that we will do everything within our capacity to deliver efficiently. As soon as your order is placed, we process it for dispatch the very same day! Your order will then be scanned by the quality team to make sure everything looks right. Once the order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number, with which you can use track your order.

You will receive your order within 3-5 working days. We are quite sure you will not be facing any problems with delivery or the merchandise, however if you do, please feel free to write to us at support@calae.com and we will put you on priority.


Return Policy

Shopping for something you did not get to try could be tricky, but do not fret! CALAE always gives priority to our lovely customers like yourself. You can return your order within  14 days of delivery ( from the day you receive your shipment). Any orders returned post 14 days, will not be accepted. Please note that the merchandise you send back must be in the same condition we sent it to you. We won't be able to accept it if it's damaged from your end (damaged after sending it to you), used or if the trims are missing. Please make sure that the garment is unused, unwashed and consists for all trims that it came with. Hence, to make sure your merchandise fits correctly, do refer to the size chart and measurement guide we have provided for you under every product’s description.

Each shipment contains a return bag. The shipment will only be accepted in the same return bag. You will also need to fill out the returns form provided with your order while sending it back to us. You would need to pay for the return courier charges yourself and we will send you a gift card with points equivalent to the amount spent on the courier charges. These points can be used for your next order as we are pretty darn sure you’re coming back for more!

As far as your refund is concerned, that transaction will occur 10-15 days from the date we receive your order at our warehouse. After a thorough quality check, your refund will be processed. If you had initially opted for Cash on Delivery, our customer service team will get in touch with you to collect your account details.  If you had paid online, we will direct the refund back into the same account we received it from.
